There is SO much I am excited to share with you and so much to say about this journey, but first I’m just going to give a brief introduction.

I am Crystal Gilbert. The Vine Wellness has been in my heart for a few years, but was officially established as an LLC September of 2021 to celebrate my 34th birthday.

There are so many points in my life that brought me to this place and space to serve you holistically and naturally to help you facilitate the life transformation you need. It really started with my own needs and how out of balance, hurting, and miserable I was. Coupling that with my heart that cracked a little more each time I saw someone suffering.

I tried SO many things in order to try and “get better,” but I had no clue how to actually fix my problems. Everyone I went to gave me solutions that didn’t work. I got more disgruntled, until FINALLY things started shifting and falling into place.

That’s where I’m at now.

I learned a few key things along the way:

1. There is no one-size-fits-all-approach.

2. Everyone has a different opinion and experience.

3. What works for others may not work for me, and vice versa.

4. It’s a challenge to find an “expert” or “professional” that treats a patient as an intelligent and valued person and not view them as “beneath them” or inferior.

5. There is a serious lack of empowerment and asking questions is not acceptable in these environments.

6. People all over are hurting in many of the same ways.

7. Change, or an overhaul, NEEDS to happen.

8. We need to be empowered to be our own best advocates.

9. We need streamlined honest-to-goodness legit objective information and TRUTH, not simply excellent marketing or “experts” “opinions” being bought to push products on the patients.

10. I have no right to complain if I sit back and do nothing.

11. I HAVE to do something!
