The oil of Cypress was also used in biblical times and commonly used today. It is a vital part of the Raindrop Technique and one of the ingredients in my Raindrop roller. We also keep the essential oil on hand and use regularly in the Raindrop roller for immune support and overall health. You can get your own here.

I love that it is good for respiratory support, reducing cellulite and improving energy (Moms everywhere can use this for sure!). What benefit were you surprised to learn it has?

Until next time,
