How to Practice Grounding and Connect with Your True Self

Grounding is becoming a more familiar term, thankfully. It is something that is proving to be even more useful during times of imbalance. While there are many ways to Ground yourself, I have found one method that consistently produces the most impacting results. It couples a powerful grounding technique while helping to clear out the noise outside and tap into the pure intuition within.


This simple meditation is something I wish I would have had in the height of my struggles with anxiety and C-PTSD. It’s not just for those who struggle with anxiety or C-PTSD, however. This meditation is beneficial for everyone. I’ve found it to be so effective for myself and my clients, that I now incorporate it into every coaching program I offer.
