Affirmations for Confidence

Do you want to know something surprising?

  1. It’s NORMAL to feel like you are not “ENOUGH” (doing enough, good enough, being enough…)

  2. So many struggle with this in secret and think they are the only ones

The truth is, you are managing a lot and are doing your best, even if your best isn’t your ideal right now. You give a lot, and yet, it often seems like it’s never enough. Know this: you are doing an AMAZING job! Yes, even on the days when you feel like you’re failing.

Today, you’re going to take a short break and go over some much-needed affirmations to help you remember how incredible you are and give you the confidence boost you need. Affirmations are simple statements that can empower use by changing our negative thought patterns into positive ones. When we repeat them often, they can help to retrain our brains to think more positively about ourselves and our abilities.

Sometimes, we ALL need a confidence boost, especially when others aren’t speaking Life over us. Then, we have to be the ones to do it for ourselves.

Here are some affirmations to help you when you are feeling down and doubting your worth, value, or abilities:

  • I am enough

  • I am doing my best

  • I am worthy of love and respect

  • I am powerful and capable

  • I overcome any challenge I face

  • I am confident and capable

  • I can do anything I set my mind to

  • I am valuable as I am

  • I am worthy because I am me

  • I am proud of who I am and how far I’ve come

I hope these tips and affirmations help you feel more confident in yourself. Repeat these as often as you need to shift your mindset and strengthen your confidence. Add as part of your daily routine or record yourself saying these out loud and listen as you sleep.

Remember, you are capable of anything you set your mind to!

You are strong, capable, and you are totally awesome!

You are worth it, and you deserve the best that life has to offer.

You are loved, valued, and appreciated for who you ARE, NOT what you do.

Believe in yourself and your ability to succeed!
