The Benefits of Passion Herbal Tea Blend

Want a tasty blend of herbs that also has some wonderful health benefits? Read on to learn more.

This is one of my more adventurous blends, built on an intention of health benefits and a fun variety of flavor. It contains quite a few strongly distinct characters that could easily overpower each other, but in the right doses blend beautifully together. In a nod to Romance and even encouraging self-love, this Passion blend contains adaptogenic herbs known for their ability to balance and support the endocrine and reproductive systems, as well as enhancing positive feelings towards others. Regardless of the intent, the strong emotional and physical healing benefits combine to make this an excellent choice for self-care and practicing self-love through sensational sips!

Ingredients & Some Possible Health Benefits:

  • Organic Strawberry Slices - These are the star of the blend. Using freeze-dried strawberries that preserve the quality and flavor, these add a special tartness to the blend that helps balance the sweetness of the rose petals.

  • Roasted Cacao Nibs & Powder - One typically can’t help but to think of chocolate when thinking of strawberries and roses, so I had to include Roasted Cacao Nibs for a smooth flavor and powder to dust the strawberries as a nod to Romance and a favorite dessert among many.

  • Pink Rose Petals & Powder - Rose is increasingly being added to culinary dishes across the board and is also tied to the emotions and feelings of romance or love. Though a strong flavor and aroma, it does blend well with the more balancing flavors of strawberry, hibiscus, and red rooibos.

  • Hibiscus - This herb is a star in its own right for its many healing benefits, but more recently has been coming up in the world of healing for its link to heart health, making this a perfect addition to the heart-centered Passion blend, supporting both the physical and emotional aspects of the organ.

  • Maca - Adaptogenic & nutritive, it is a highly valuable food source as well as aiding in the balancing of hormones, perhaps why it has been used as to inspire romantic interests for at least 500 years.

  • Ashwagandha - It is highly valued in Ayurvedic medicine, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as an adaptogen and a nervine to help cope with stress and supporting overall cognitive health. It is used as a sleep aid and to balance various conditions that arise from imbalances. It is a grounding and nourishing herb, supportive to female well-being, and mildly energetically warming.

  • Beet Root Powder - Used as a mild sweetener, for its nutritive value, and for added natural coloring to add to the aesthetics.

  • Roasted Dandelion Root - Roasted dandelion root has an earthy flavor that is commonly used in herbal coffee blends. Beyond the flavor, it is used in both Tradition Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda to support digestive and gastrointestinal health, liver health, urinary function and is mildly diuretic.

  • Red Rooibos - Red rooibos is an ultra-fine, delicate caffeine-free tea that produces a lovely red color with a warm scent. It has a natural sweetness, smooth flavor, and contains antioxidants, trace minerals, and nutrients.

This blend is perfect for the more adventurous herbal tea lover, great for cozy nights to stay warm and ignite Passion within. Make sure to grab a bag for yourself in the Shop while supplies last.

Enjoy!

There are many facets to healing and wellness in general. Drinking tea/an infusion alone, or using any other one tool, while neglecting vital foundations of health will never result in optimal health. There is no “miracle cure” in any one single product, but rather in a lifestyle of wellness, supporting the WHOLE body, in various ways, as we were created, and in alignment with our Creator - the true Source of healing. This product is just one of the MANY ways, and an easier way & tastier way ;-), to get some added health benefits in. Keep it in the right context and intention and enjoy!
